Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase!

Mercy Robes will gladly accept merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. As our customers know Mercy Robes provides highest quality clergy attire with reasonable prices, we do not provide return labels. Please kindly purchase shipping with insurance & tracking numbers when sending items for exchange.

Before you send it for exchanges please determine if you need to go up or down a size. Our garments are made according to standard US sizes. Minor alterations are customers responsibility.

Steps for Exchange:

 

  • Start the Exchange Process here.
    • Note: You will be prompted to login into your account to start the process.
  • Return Label
    Purchase and print your pre-paid return label from USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
  • Affix the pre-paid label to the original package.
  • Get Your Return/Exchange Ready
    Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
  • Drop Off Your Package
    Drop off your package at the USPS, UPS, or FEDEX store as per the label choice you made. Mercy Robes is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our exchange window is 14 days from purchase or 1 week from the date you receive your garments

Once we receive your package leave it to us, we got this! We will take care of it 24-48 hours from the time we receive the package. All Friday evening packages will be worked on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please allow us enough processing time. If your garment requires 2 weeks for delivery please be patient for us to work on it and get it back to you.

 

You can expect to receive a store credit once the exchange has been processed. You can then make a new purchase.

For rush exchanges we suggest you purchase the new size and make a second purchase, then send us the new order number for refund of your initial order. Please note Mercy Robes will only refund the merchandise. No shipping charges will be refunded. Please allow 7-9 business days for the money to arrive in your account once a refund is initiated.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Alo does not accept returns for any items from third-party retailers.Or other marketplaces.

Gift Card Returns

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the store credit .

Custom Order Policy

Custom-made garments can not be exchanged or returned as sizing information is provided by the customer. We have a standard protocol to add a few inches for ease of movement in the garments. EX: if you provide chest size 38 your garment will measure 42" - 44" depending on the garment you choose. Please make sure you provide your true body measurements for us to make the garment fit well.

 

For Women: We ask that you wear a well-fitted bra and very light T-shirt & camisole for best measurements. Please do not wear denim or thick fabrics while measuring. Please do not add any measurements to your body measurement.

 

For Men: we ask you that wear a very light T-shirt and light fabric slacks during measurements. Please do not wear denim or thick fabrics while measuring. Please do not add any measurements to your body measurement.

 

Please contact us if you need assistance with women’s measurements for custom garments or with picking the right sizing.

Warehouse Visit

Please note we are not a walk-in store. We work only by appointment.

What to expect when you get to our warehouse. We are very happy and delighted that you would like to visit our warehouse, and would like to give you the best service, and strive very hard to provide the best service. We need you to prepare before you head out to our store.

  • Please send us a list of items your church requires you to have. Please text us the images of what you need & contact us
    Please do not call your head of protocol once you arrive at our warehouse, as we could move to the next appointment if needed (Please do not ask us for recommendations on protocol, this is decided by the head of every church such as the Pastor, Bishop or a specific person that is the head of protocol.)
  • If you are unsure about your size that is not an issue we can get you the correct size once you arrive for your appointment.
  • We do not do fitting appointments. All appointments are for when you are ready for purchase.
  • For Large Groups- Please contact us for appointments, we have a different protocol that can be provided via email. For large groups contact us or Text 404-410-7430.
  • Due to safety guidelines, you may be asked to wait outside until our team is available to assist you.
  • Mercy Robes reserves the right to admit in our warehouse facility at the door.

Can I return items purchased in-store?

We do not exchange or refund items that are purchased at our warehouse all items are a final sale. We put a lot of time and effort in getting the right sizing. We also have a stringent instore exchange policy due to past experiences of customers wanting to return after one use. So, all instore purchases are not eligible for exchanges or store credits no exceptions. By walking in the Mercy Robes warehouse, you agree to abide by the above policy.


Can I get online prices instore?

Our online sales are not valid at our warehouse. They are exclusively for online purchases and are intended to be shipped to customers.

Can I order online & pick up at store?

We do not offer order online & pick up at store. All online orders must be shipped and all customers that need to pick up will make an appointment and arrive at our warehouse and make the purchase in person at our warehouse.

 

Can I pay by phone and someone pick up for me at your store.

Does Mercy Robes offer price matching?

We currently do not offer price-matching.

International Customers
